Summary: ChromaCraft is a 100% offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, device identifiers, or analytics. Your palettes are saved exclusively on your local device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

In accordance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, we explicitly disclose what information is processed:

No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any government identifiers.
No Account Required: You do not need an account, login, or credentials to use any feature of ChromaCraft.
No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not track your activity, button clicks, color choices, or usage metrics.
No Device Identifiers: We do not collect Android Advertising IDs (AAID), IMEI, MAC address, or IP addresses.
No Location Data: ChromaCraft does not request or access coarse or fine GPS location.

2. Local On-Device Data Storage

ChromaCraft provides an offline color palette explorer and saved palette library. All data generated within the app (such as saved color schemes, custom palette titles, tags, and favorites) is stored strictly on your local device using Android Room (SQLite database).

This data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any cloud server or third party.
You can delete individual palettes directly from within the app at any time.
Uninstalling the application or clearing the application data in Android settings permanently deletes all saved palettes.

3. Device Permissions

ChromaCraft follows the principle of least-privilege permissions:

Zero Sensitive Permissions: We do not request dangerous permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Location, Contacts, Calendar, SMS, or External Storage.
Zero Background Services: The application does not run hidden background services or collect data when closed.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

ChromaCraft does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads) or tracking/profiling services. The application does not sell, trade, or monetize your data in any way.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Because ChromaCraft does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Google Play Families Policy. ChromaCraft is safe for users of all ages.

6. Security of Your Data

Because all palette data resides within Android's sandboxed local application storage, your information is protected by the Android operating system's application sandbox security model.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with updated Google Play policies. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
